How can we help?

NQA is pleased to provide these tools to help you promote your certification.

Certification & registration marks/logos

The certification and registration marks are a great way to promote your registration! Use them on stationery, advertising, promotional products, vehicles and signage to let your customers and potential customers know what your company has achieved.

NQA registered clients are authorised to use both the NQA Certification and Registration marks where applicable, however, there are regulations governing the use of both marks. Some of the NQA registration marks incorporate the UKAS/ANAB logo and the regulations on where they may be used are more prescriptive. Visit the Logo Library page for downloads and instructions.

Certification toolkits for social media

NQA clients are encouraged to promote their certification achievements online, including on social media.

We have prepared a suite of visual templates for clients to feature in their email signatures and share on social media pages (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube).

  • Step 1: Download our NQA Client Certification Toolkit here. (Bear with us, we are just in the process of updating this, it will be available online again shortly)

  • Step 2: Find the relevant template for your organisation.

  • Step 3: Upload the template and a caption to social media.

  • Step 4: Don’t forget to tag us!

Press releases

A great way to promote your certification is by issuing a press release to local and industry publications. In order to assist our clients in developing press releases, we have created short paragraphs about each of the standards we offer services to, as well as a brief NQA bio for your use.

Please send a copy of your release to us if you would like to include a comment from us, or would just like a quick review before you issue it. We are always happy to help and help share across our social network!

Client press release content

These paragraphs are intended for the use of NQA clients in press releases and other marketing media. Please contact us at marketing@nqa.com with any questions regarding their use.
