Amends/Commences: Business and Planning Act 2020 (2020 c.16)
Comes into force: 29th September 2022
Jurisdiction: England & Wales
Section 11(13) of the 2020 Act is amended to extend the expiry date of premises licenses to 30th September 2023 in England and Wales only.
This extension of premises licences allows organisations to sell alcohol that is intended for consumption off-site.
This amendment has no direct relevance to environmental or occupational health and safety matters.
