A permanent opportunity has arisen in NQA Operations for a Client Executive. The main purpose of this role is to provide a professional and added value service to clients, and therefore excellent customer service and communication skills are a must.
This role will also provide technical and administration support within NQA international, key accounts and customer operations. The successful candidate must therefore have knowledge and understanding of specific Management Systems and principles of auditing.
Other principal accountabilities include attending client or Agent meetings, researching policy and legislative developments and assisting in the generation of management information reports. The successful candidate must therefore have excellent attention to detail with the ability to research and analyse information.
