As a UKAS accredited certification body, NQA are not permitted to provide any form of consultancy service and must remain to be impartial in terms of recommending consultants to NQA clients.
The Associate Consultant Register (available 23rd September 2010) is not a reflection of all competent consultants worldwide but can act as a valuable reference to consultants that have successfully supported organisations through their journey to certification with NQA.
Qualifying Criteria for Consultants on the Associate Consultant Register:
Consultants that qualify for the Associate Consultant Register must:

Have transferred and/or supported at least three organisations through their journey to successful certification with NQA within the last three years.

Be appropriately covered with professional indemnity insurance.

Inform clients of any sub contracted consultancy services provided by consultants that are not on the NQA Associate Consultant register.
Consultants on the Associate Consultant Register are not able to guarantee certification, accelerate the process of certification or reduce associated costs. Consultants listed on the Associate Consultant Register will have demonstrated competence within areas of their expertise and are encouraged to adhere to the NQA Associate Consultant Professional Charter.
Associate Consultant Register Logo:
The Associate Consultant Register Logo can provide an indication of which consultants are on the NQA Associate Consultant Register, however this does not entitle representation of NQA, or suggest that the consultant is recommended or certified. NQA encourage all organisations to cross reference consultants displaying the NQA Associate Consultant Logo with the NQA Associate Consultant Register.

How to join the Associate Consultant Register:
Consultants that have successfully transferred and/or supported an organisation in achieving certification of their management systems with NQA may download, complete and return our online Associate Consultant Register Application Form that can be found as a downloadable document below.
If your registration is successful a member of NQA will add your details to the Associate Consultant Register and issue you with an Associate Consultant Register logo including your unique enrolment number. Your Associate Consultant Register logo can be displayed on literature, websites and collateral, however you are not permitted to act as a representative of NQA as a certification body.
