This award recognises organisations demonstrating total commitment to environmental responsibility by effective engagement of their staff and integrating the environment into the heart of its culture. Implementation of environmental management systems is just part of the process of improving environmental performance.

The winning entrant will be able to demonstrate how they have gone beyond the requirements of environmental standards by fully engaging staff to achieve an organisational culture of complete environmental responsibility.
