NQA UK REGIONAL ASSESSOR (FIELD BASED)

This role is to undertake visits to NQA clients in accordance with work schedules in an efficient and professional manner within the scope of accreditation. Assessors are professionally qualified in accordance with NQA requirements to carry out management system visits to a wide range of management systems standards in the fields of environment, quality, health and safety, automotive, aerospace, information security, etc.

This role requires specialised experience including technical, administrative and customer service skills. The Regional Assessor is required to work within specific criteria and guidance given in the company documentation.

We are looking for IMS auditors with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 as a minimum. In addition to that - NHSS, ISO 27001, SSIP, BCMS, ISO 55001 experience is desirable.

COMMERCIAL TRAINING APPRENTICE

Apprenticeships are the UK’s flagship work based vocational qualifications for people aged 16 years old and above. Job Description - To provide training coordination and admin support to the Training, Marketing and Sales Teams, this is a varied role and a great opportunity to become part of an experienced and committed team. Key functions will include:

  • To assist the TM (Training Manager) to deliver NQA UK’s training strategy and revenue
  • To work with the sales team to ensure the effective delivery of training against the clients requirements

SALES TEAM LEADER (TELESALES)

Salary Expectations: Competitive Basic + Bonus + Benefits

This is a practical hands-on position, which would be ideal for a candidate who is looking to work for a growing and dynamic global business. This will be a fast paced and varied role and would be suitable to a candidate with demonstrable experience in a similar role.

Working as an integral part of the UK Business Development team this role focuses on growing the sales revenue in NQA Certification services and NQA Training services. The role will require you proactively manage the team of Business Development Advisors, leading by example and engaging in telesales and campaign activities. This role is crucial to supporting and securing the future business aspirations of NQA and promoting NQA’s services.

The role will require you to deliver and develop excellent customer relationships with both new and existing clients and consultants and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

You must have a telesales and leadership background and a proven track experience of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

INTERNATIONAL CERTIFICATION MANAGER

NQA is seeking a driven, self-motivated and process orientated individual to act as the force behind our global certification processes. NQA has an ambitious operations globalisation program centred on the principals of improving customer experience and operational excellence. This position is an opportunity for the right candidate to have a high level of visibility and to make a significant impact in a global organisation. 

This role will act as the central point of responsibility for the development and on-going management of NQA’s offshore activities. This role delivers processes to a number of internal and external global stakeholders including NQA subsidiaries, parent company, third party agents and to NQA customers. Being able to manage complex processes, stakeholder needs and competing priorities is a necessity.  

The success of this role will depend on the individual being able to bring together skills from a number of dimensions:

  • Leadership – Building cross border teams to deliver business excellence and leading the process globalisation program for the organisation
  • Relationship Management – Working to build strong relationships, influence integral and external parties across cultural and geographic boundaries. Building strong relationships with NQA’s agent network 
  • Budgetary  for the development and ongoing delivery of business processes and the delivery of financial targets related to services provided to NQA’s agent network
  • Operational – managing resourcing and operational performance of global locations. Identifying and developing staff competence and skills within the organisation in core certification disciplines and regulated certification processes
  • Improvement – developing and improving operational processes through techniques such as lean and six sigma 
  • Regulatory / Risk – ensuring processes are delivered in accordance to NQA’s accreditation criteria as well as identifying and managing business risks in accordance to corporate policy.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a fast paced, dynamic work environment for an organisation that is forward thinking and growth orientated. NQA’s is looking to develop and invest in talented individuals for them to become the future leaders of our organisation. 

This role will be suited to an individual with experience within the management system certification industry operating in an ISO 17021 accredited environment. Some international travel is required and you will require a valid driver’s license for the United Kingdom.
