Amends: The Greenhouse Gas Emissions Trading Scheme Regulations 2012
This regulation extends the deadline for aircraft operators and installations to surrender allowances for their annual reportable emissions of greenhouse gases (GHGs) for the EU Emissions Trading System (EU ETS) 2018 compliance year is extended from the 15th March 2019 to 26th March 2019.
This will give operators more time to comply with their 2018 obligations.
