Course aims

An ISO 27001 based IS management system will enable an organisation to understand the purpose and importance of securing you information and data. This two-day course will enable you to understand the requirements of ISO 27001:2022; the methods used to assess and document risks to the security of your information; The contents of Annex A; How to document and manage your security assets and how to prepare your Statement of Applicability (SOA).

What else do I need to know?

  • Dress code - Smart casual - your cameras will be switched on and delegates and tutors will be able to interact with each other

  • Breaks - There will regular time slots allocated during your course for refreshment/restroom breaks.

  • Proof of attendance - You will be sent a certificate of attendance following your training.

  • What to have with you - We recommend that you have a copy of the relevant standard with you on the day to reference. You will receive a digital copy of all necessary materials before the course starts so please ensure you have access to these on the day and contact us if you have not received them.
