This one day ISO 9001:2015 course has been designed to give you a good understanding of the most widely used global standard for quality management in the world. You may be completely new to a quality role, or about to implement ISO 9001 into your organisation.
**Please note that we encourage all our delegates sitting on virtual courses to have access to a webcam. This will enable you to interact with both the tutor and other course attendees.**
Course aims
This course aims to give you good grounding in the history, clauses and requirements of the ISO 9001 standard to save money and improve customer satisfaction.
Although completing the NQA ISO 9001:2015 e-Learning will be useful, it is not a mandatory requirement to attending this workshop. After completing this course you will have the skills and experience to move on to the next step which would be either the NQA or CQI and IRCA ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor courses (one or two day courses).

What else do I need to know?

Dress code - Smart casual - your cameras will be switched on and delegates and tutors will be able to interact with each other

Breaks - There will be regular time slots allocated during your course for refreshment/restroom breaks.

Proof of attendance - You will be sent a certificate of attendance following your training.

What to have with you - We recommend that you have a copy of the relevant standard with you on the day to reference. You will receive a digital copy of all necessary materials before the course starts so please ensure you have access to these on the day and contact us if you have not received them.
