Lead Auditors

NQA is only looking for certified auditors in select audit schemes. Applicants must be certified Lead Auditors only. Certifications recognized are IRCA and RABQSA.

ISO 27001 and AS9100 Auditors

NQA is currently looking for auditors for the Information Security and Aerospace audit schemes. Interested candidates should email James Dozier.

Food Safety Auditors

NQA is seeking certified auditors for the following Food Safety Schemes;

  • ISO 22000: Food manufacturing
  • FSSC 22000: Food Manufacturing, Storage and Distribution

Also, if you have 5 years of Food manufacturing or associated experience, with at least 2 years spent working in a QA position, Testing Laboratory, and/or related to Food Safety or have Secondary education which is food related training or can demonstrate in house professional development, with a good to excellent knowledge of HACCP, then you should consider applying.

Consideration will also be given to governmental auditors/retirees with FDA/USDA inspection experience. Positions may be available on full, part time or contract basis dependent on experience. Some training may be available to qualified candidates.

Accounts Payable Assistant

This position will be a strong resource to support various accounting functions as delegated by the Accounting Supervisor.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Reconciles processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
  • Charges expenses to accounts and cost centers analyzing invoice/expense reports.
  • Pays vendors by verifying federal id numbers, scheduling and preparing checks, resolving purchase order contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies and documentation.
  • Pays employees by receiving and verifying expense reports.
  • Process all requests for advances.
  • Maintains accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions.
  • Reports sales taxes by calculating requirements on paid invoices.
  • Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
  • Accomplished accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
  • Providing customer service regarding collection issues, process customer refunds, process and review account adjustments, resolve client discrepancies and short payments.
  • Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the Accounts Payable Department.
  • Enlist the efforts of senior management when necessary to accelerate the collection process.
  • Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with vendors.
  • Weekly and monthly reporting to direct supervisor.
  • Reconcile vendor disputes as they pertain to payment of outstanding balances that are due.
  • Provide excellent & considerate customer service to vendors.
  • Internal and External customer interface.
  • Meet defined department goals and activity metrics.      

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years working in accounts payable

Customer Support Representative (Canada)

The function of the Operations department is to:

  • Ensure that assessment activities are planned and performed in a highly professional and technical manner and that customer expectations are exceeded.
  • Process customers through the certification process.

Job Purpose:

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent. 2-3 years related Customer Service experience.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in French.
  • Able to effectively translate technical reports from French to English or English to French.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and EQM computer programs

Aerospace Certification Technical Officer

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
The function of the NQA, USA Aerospace Certification Technical Officer is to continually drive NQA, USA’s Aerospace staff to be more knowledgeable of industry requirements and to improve internal/expernal processes while ensuring continued compliance to IAQG, AAQG, and ANAB requirements.  

  • Capture information from industry journals/working groups (IAQG, AAQG, etc.) for inclusion in NQA, USA operations.
  • Act as a technical resource for new and existing aerospace clients.
  • Coordinate/develop the semi-annual aerospace staff training seminars including content, external resources.
  • Responsible for establishing company/personnel specific development plans.
  • Review accreditation requirements for impact to NQA,USA’s programs.  (ANAB,IAQG/AAQG interpretations of ISO 17021).
  • Develop/Implement annual company training plans (internal/external) and provide quarterly progress reports.
  • Assist with sales visits, Resource Register mainternance and Quotation review and development as needed.
  • Interface with NQA technical group for Standard/Non-Standard sectors and assist with non-standard development packages.
  • Support Quality/Operations/Business defelopment departmental needs.
  • Conduct AS9100 Audits.
Minimum Education and Experience:
  • A Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience 
  • Work experience with an aerospace/defense related company
Licenses and Certifications (if any):
  • RAB/QSA Aerospace Experienced Auditor Certification preferred
Working Conditions:
  • Office Environment, Travel will be required.
