After a loyal 15 years at NQA, Laura Fletcher returns from Maternity Leave with a new and exciting challenge ahead: Managing Director.

Laura Fletcher has been a valued member of the NQA family since 2008.

Here’s what she has to say about returning as Managing Director for the UK and EMEA:

“I’m delighted to have been given the opportunity to lead NQA Certification. People are at the heart of NQA, and they are what makes this organisation such a fantastic place to work. We have a phenomenal portfolio of clients who put their customers and staff at the heart of what they do.

As our dedicated team focuses on our values of Integrity, Care and Progress, I am confident that we will continue to support clients as they navigate their way through the risks of today and tomorrow, making tomorrow safer than today.”
