What is your role?

My role in NQA is Client Executive. I have completed almost 2 years at NQA. I’m responsible for contract reviews and post audit back end operations including dispatch of certificates.

What’s your most memorable moment at NQA?

It was a happy moment when I joined with NQA team and started my career.

My most memorable moment at NQA is when I successfully completed IRCA LA training for Quality Magament Systems and Environmental Management Systems which was sponsored by NQA.

What’s your favourite thing about working for NQA?

In NQA I have learned a lot, training for each process, discussions with team leaders. Each day we have different challenges to solve, we learn in each step. I enjoy that I receive lots of training and opportunities to continually improve my skills.

What top tip would you give people looking at certification?

I suggest to client who is looking for certificate, please select the CB having genuine accreditation and follow the audit as per the procedure and what standard says. Keeping the audit report will be always helpful.
