What is ISO 9001?
ISO 9001 is defined as the internationally recognized standard for Quality Management Systems (QMS). It is the most widely used QMS standard in the world, with over 1 million certificates issued to organizations in 178 countries. ISO 9001 provides a framework and set of principles that ensure a common-sense approach to the management of your organization to consistently satisfy customers and other stakeholders. Adım
NQA'nın şirketinizi ve gereksinimlerinizi anlaması için bir başvuru formu doldurmanız gerekecektir. Adım
Teklifinize karar verdikten sonra, değerlendirmeleriniz bir NQA Çalışanı ile rezerve edilir. Bu değerlendirme, İlk Sertifikasyon Denetimini oluşturan iki zorunlu ziyaretten oluşur. Yönetim sisteminizin en az üç ay boyunca tam olarak faaliyet gösterdiğini ve bir yönetim gözden geçirmesine ve iç denetimlerin tam döngüsüne tabi olduğunu gösterebildiğinizi lütfen unutmayın. -
Adım
Başarılı bir iki aşamalı denetimin ardından, bir sertifikasyon kararı alınır ve olumlu ise, NQA tarafından gerekli standarda onay verilir. Sertifikanın elektronik ve bir belge kopyasını alacaksınız. Belgelendirme üç yıl süreyle geçerlidir ve yıllık gözetim denetimleri programı ve üç yıllık bir yeniden belgelendirme denetimi ile sürdürülmektedir.
