THE TRANSFER PROCESS
Step 1: Complete the Quote Request form. Once we receive your request, we'll contact you to obtain a copy of your existing certificate, and then you will receive a quotation within 24 – 48 hours.
Step 2: Submit your signed quotation to NQA along with a copy of your last audit report including outstanding non-conformance's and associated corrective actions, any outstanding complaint regarding the existing certification and action taken, and your reasons for seeking a transfer.
Step 3: Your NQA Client Support Representative will contact you to schedule the appropriate audit activity. Typically, there is no additional audit time required. Following the successful completion of the review, your organization will be awarded an NQA certificate with an expiry date corresponding to the previous certificate.
