Constantly review your documented Management System, ensure that your system accurately reflects your Business Operations. With the impending New Updated ISO Systems to the 2015 standards it is vital for you to ensure that you document any Factors/conditions affecting your Business, determining the Buisiness Context (SWOT/PESTAL analysis) and the arising risks and opportunities etc.

Nothing major, some minor typo errors, lack of understanding of the new 2015 standards could be an issue next year though.
