New F-gas Regulations for Northern Ireland

These Regulations revoke and replace the Fluorinated Greenhouse Gases Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2009 as a result of "Regulation (EU) No 517/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014on fluorinated greenhouse gases and repealing Regulation (EC) No842/2006", which came into operation in January 2015.

These Regulations lay down amended rules on penalties applicable to infringements of the EU Regulation and enforcement measures.
