Nitrates Action Programme Changes in Northern Ireland

These Regulations amend the Nitrates Action Programme Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2014 in order to:

1. correct an error in the penalties framework of Regulation 31 (Penalties);

2. amend the measures relating to cover in winter and crop management;

3. amend the date for submission of manure export records for derogated farms;

4. add some further agricultural products to Table 7 of Schedule 1 (Phosphorus content of agricultural products and feedstuffs); and

5. correct some minor omissions and typographical errors.
