The Renewables Obligation Order 2018

Replacing the The Renewables Obligation Order 2015, this regulation came into force on 20th July 2018.
This Regulation provides for a cap on the number of annual renewable obligation certificates (ROCs) which can be issued for electricity generated using either biomass or bioliquid as fuel. These are set out in the new Schedule 6.
