Training and Development

At NQA we are committed to staff training and development, and believe that investing in our staff and providing them with the time they need to undertake training will benefit everyone. This is why we ensure:

  • All staff receive a full and structured induction that is tailored to their role.

  • If necessary, in-house training in relevant ISO Standards is provided.

  • We offer our staff full ‘shadowed’ onsite training.

  • We support staff with regur Performance Development Reviews (PDRs) to help identify development needs and ensure they have clearly defined objectives.

  • We cover the cost of relevant professional memberships to association and support with CPD and qualifications at (at management discretion)
