Misuse of the NQA Logo

Whilst the misuse of NQA’s logo is a rare occurrence, we are aware of cases where potential scams are being carried out by organisations who are frauduently displaying the NQA logo on their website.

At NQA, we ensure every measure at our disposal is taken to preserve the integrity of both our brand and our certification logos, however in some cases (for example if a business is registered in a territory where there is no regulatory body required to oversee their operations) then this can prove challenging.

Consequently, in an effort to protect our customers and the general public, we have developed a list of organisations that claiming to be certified by NQA and who are using our logo, certificate or other associated collateral without consent:

  • Finvestings (Marshall Islands)

  • Sanako Service Limited (Marshall Islands)

  • Seeger Group (Marshall Islands)

  • RocketChart (operating out of Germany, owned by Seventh Line Corporation Ltd in the Marshall Islands)

  • Quantums Trading (Marshall Islands)

  • Finsroyal (Location Unknown)

NQA is in no way affiliated with the above organisations and will continue to make every effort to put a stop to their misuse of our logo.

If you wish to report any other instances of the misuse of our logo, accreditation or any reference to us that you feel is misleading, please do so here.
