60 Seconds With Keri Else

Meet Keri, our Key Account Manager. In this latest 60 Seconds blog, she shares insights into her role, professional skills, hobbies, fun facts and more!

About my role

I support our large or more complex accounts throughout their certification journey. I act as the main point of contact, ensuring everything runs smoothly and help clients navigate any technical questions or challenges along the way. My role involves coordinating with multiple teams internally and externally and making sure the certification process is as seamless and stress-free as possible. Essentially, I’m here to guide, support, and ensure that our clients get the most out of their journey with us.

What do you enjoy most about your job?

I love the variety each day brings. No two days are the same, and I get the chance to learn about so many different businesses and how they operate. This role connects me with stakeholders across the board, so I’m constantly expanding my knowledge, meeting new people, and tackling fresh challenges. It really keeps the brain ticking, and I thrive on that constant mix of learning and problem-solving.

Why did you choose this career path?

Throughout my career, I’ve always been methodical and commercially minded, and my background in key account management in the retail industry gave me a strong foundation for this role. Moving into certification felt like a natural step - I could combine my skills in client management with an interest in standards and processes. It’s a career that challenges me, allows me to keep learning and makes a solid impact on the organisations I work with.

A book, podcast, series, advice you’d recommend

I’m a bit of a podcast queen. Was I In a Cult? has some truly eye-opening stories, and Feel Better, Live More with Dr Rangan Chatterjee is fantastic for health insights and cultivating a positive mindset.

Proud moment or achievement

I’m proud of the progress and support I’ve been able to provide to the key accounts I manage over the past year. On a personal milestone, I was also thrilled to pass my lead auditor certification in ISO 27001 recently - information security is an area I’m interested in, so that was rewarding.

What’s a project you’re excited to be working on right now?

There are a number of exciting new projects for the Key Account team looking ahead to 2026 and beyond. I’m really looking forward to contributing to these and helping elevate our already strong team even further. Watch this space!

Fun fact

I have a clinical diploma in hypnotherapy and am really fascinated by how the mind works. It’s a personal interest that gives me a different perspective on behaviour and motivation.

Outside of work

Anyone who knows me knows I love travelling - whether it’s a holiday, a spontaneous road trip, or exploring somewhere new! I’m also very family-oriented and really enjoy spending time with loved ones and trying new experiences together.
