CRK Consulting Limited have been operating since 2016 coming from a background of working within private, public and not-for-profit sectors, with over 12 years’ experience of working within ISO frameworks.

What do you find is the most common point of misunderstanding regarding certification or specific standards when visiting clients?

ISO management systems must be driven from the top. The whole process is much easier and more fluid when you have the support and understanding of leadership and someone to own the process and results.

ISO 27001 is not an IT certification and impacts all areas of the business. It helps your to manage the security of your information across the entire organisation effectively, something your stateholders and interested parties will be pleased about.
- ISO 9001 has so much potential to help you drive organisational improvements. Because it's been around for so long we have seen that people who do not quite understad how it works see it as a printed manual that just sits on a shelf and audited once a year. However it can be used to help you really improve the quality of your processes and services and show your customers that you can grow and exceed their expectations.
