About your company

Dynamik are a Management System consultancy specialist, designing bespoke Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety, Medical and Information Security Management Systems with all Management Systems designed to meet the requirements of UKAS (United Kingdom Accreditation Services). Dynamik currently have over 50 active clients with a customer base spread throughout the United Kingdom. We give the client exactly what they ask for. Each one of our customers receives a Management System designed specifically for their business. Designed around their needs, goals, and expectations.

Dynamik Management Services Limited was established on 11 May 2017 and I am the founder and Managing Director. I am an experienced management system professional who has worked within the certification industry for 13 years; 10 of which were spent working for a UKAS accredited Certification Body full time. I am professionally registered with The Chartered Quality Institute as a Practitioner (PCQI) and as an Associate of The Chartered Management Institute (ACMI). In addition to this, I am also an IRCA qualified Lead Auditor of Quality, Environmental and Health and Safety Management Systems.

My time is now spent consulting in the development & implementation of management systems compliant with ISO 9001:2015 (Quality), ISO 14001:2015 (Environment), ISO 45001:2018 (Health and Safety), ISO 27001 (Information Security), ISO 13485:2016 (Medical Devices) and AS9100 (Aerospace Standards).

Due to the success of Dynamik, we are now growing our list of approved consultants which are required to pass a strict approval criteria. This is to ensure the service we provide to all clients is first-class.

Why do you like working with NQA? Why did you choose to work in partnership with NQA?

Dynamik have been working with NQA for three years now. We have clients certified by NQA and I personally have attended CQI and IRCA training courses with NQA. We only work in partnership with organizations that share the same values as ourselves. NQA are a rapidly growing organization and we are delighted to be working in partnership with them.

Top tip for people looking at certification?

If you are a company wishing to become ISO certified, you need to identify the main purpose of why you want to become certified. I have found that there are two main reasons.

The first reason is because a customer is demanding that the organization is ISO certified and therefore will not purchase goods or services unless the organization had a valid ISO certificate.

The second reason is business improvement. This is where Top Management understand that the process of becoming compliant with an ISO standard is far greater to the organization than simply having a certificate on the wall.

The growth and professionalism an organization achieves by implementing an ISO standard is well worth the effort and provides a fantastic structure for the business. The organizations that have achieved ISO certification for business growth and development always gain far more out of the process than going through a “quick fix” simply to get an ISO certificate.

What do you find is the most common point of misunderstanding regarding certification or specific standards when visiting clients?

Lack of supplier criteria I find is a very common theme. Usually organizations will maintain an approved supplier register but fail to identify what the criteria is that the supplier must meet in order to enable supply of the products or services in accordance with the organizational requirements.

Furthermore, as the supplier criteria is not documented, supplier evaluation records and applicable documentation such as insurances, certificates etc are not retained.

Anything else you think our readers might like to know?

I manage over fifty clients for my consultancy organisation and there are a lot of fantastic companies that are producing quality products and services to their customers. This is certainly enhanced by efficient Management Systems, especially Management Systems integrated to multiple standards. There is always room for improvement in every organization and it’s a challenge I enjoy as a consultant to help organizations improve their business.
