3 steps to transfer your certification 

Step 1. 
Contact our friendly sales staff who will collect the information required for a transfer and talk you through every stage of the process. Either email us: sales@nqa.com or call us on 0800 052 2424 (option 2). NQA will issue you with a quotation for your transfer and ongoing certification. 

Step 2. 
Once the quote is accepted, a Transfer Audit will take place either remotely or onsite. This will likely be conducted remotely unless you have outstanding non-conformities that have not been closed by your current certification body. 

Step 3. 
NQA will issue a new certificate which is aligned to your existing certification body of your transfer. 

*Please note: the process for transferring Automotive and Aerospace certification differs slightly – please contact us for details. 

For a limited time, UK organisations can transfer their certification to NQA free of charge (T&Cs apply).
