There are many great memories over the last fifteen years. I have a very privileged job. The sense of fulfilment at the end of the day following every completed audit and knowing that I have helped clients improve their businesses, will be the lasting memory for me.

The value gained from closely examining every aspect of a business with a view to maximising effectiveness.
Top tip for getting the most from your management system?
Do not think of the management system and the business as two separate entities. They go hand-in-hand.
