In our latest 60 Seconds, we sit down with Catherine Warren, our Digital Content Executive, to learn more about her role, experiences, and insights.

What is your role?

As part of NQA’s marketing team, my role focuses on development and delivery of digital content that drives brand growth, lead generation, and customer engagement. This content includes, blogs, videos, emails etc. I manage our digital and social media presence, particularly on LinkedIn, to strengthen our online visibility and engagement. I also support NQA’s thought leadership efforts in key areas such as sustainability and information security. In addition, I support our SEO, campaign performance, and content optimisation, while coordinating with internal stakeholders, clients, and external partners to ensure consistent messaging. Ultimately, I ensure our content delivers value, supports business objectives, and positions NQA as a trusted leader in the industry.

Most memorable moment at work?

Although I have only been with NQA for three months, it has been a whirlwind experience filled with growth and learning. So far, my most memorable moment has been enhancing our webinar process and engaging directly with delegates. It was rewarding to see how these improvements contributed to a more streamlined and interactive experience for our audience.

Favourite things about working for NQA?

There is a lot I enjoy, but at the top of the list is the culture. NQA genuinely supports its people from investing in our professional growth to encouraging innovation and collaboration. I also love how our team balances professionalism with approachability, which makes it easy to bring ideas to life. And of course, knowing that we play a part in helping organisations improve and operate more sustainably gives real purpose to the work we do.
 

Top tip for people looking at certification?

Don’t let the process intimidate you. Certification is a strategic move that can drive genuine improvement and open many new doors for your business. My top tip? Do your research and choose a certification body that not only understands your industry but also prioritises support and transparency.
