Non-Domestic Rating (Designated Areas etc.) Regulations

Non-Domestic Rating (Designated Areas etc.) Regulations SI 2017/318

These regulations designate areas whereby a proportion of the non-domestic rating income raised is to be retained in its entirety by the local authority in all or part.

The regulations adds:
‘Birmingham City Centre Designated Area’. This designation has effect for a period of 33 years and,
Birmingham City Centre Curzon Extension Designated Area, the period is 30 years
