Summary
Capacity providers can now terminate their capacity market agreement if they choose to participate in a Dispatchable Power Agreement (DPA) for gas generation with carbon capture, usage and storage (power CCUS). The changes also add power CCUS to the list of eligible technologies under the Contracts for Difference scheme.
