Environmental Permitting Changes for Recovering Petrol Vapour during Refuelling

These Regulations amend the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010 to specify that new European Committee for Standardisation (CEN) standards must be used to certify and test new equipment for recovering petrol vapour during refuelling of motor vehicles at service stations.
