What is the amended legislation: The Renewable Heat Incentive Scheme Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2012

These Regulations amend the Renewable Heat Incentive Scheme Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2012 in order to introduce a number of changes to the Renewable Heat Incentive scheme in Northern Ireland.

New tariffs are being introduced for Combined Heat and Power to coincide with changes to the Northern Ireland Renewables Obligation (NIRO) and Renewables Obligation Certificates (ROC’s).
