Amends/Commences: Assimilated Regulation 2019/1021 on persistent organic pollutants
Comes into force: 21st May 2025
Jurisdiction: GB
‘Dechlorane Plus’ and ‘UV-328’ are temporarily removed from the list of controlled persistent organic pollutants, allowing them to continue to be placed on the market.
Restrictions on these substances will be re-applied in the future, once a full list of exemptions has been defined.
