As a result of the UK leaving the EU, certain aspects of The Storage of Carbon Dioxide (Licensing etc.) (Scotland) Regulations 2011 no longer worked as intended. This is predominantly due to minor wording errors that have emerged due to the change. These errors are corrected by this amendment, while no changes to duties result from these changes they are essential to allow the Regulations to operate as intended now that the UK has left the EU.
