Water Services (No. 2) Act 2013 (Property Vesting Day) (No. 2) Order 2022

Amends/Commences: 

• Water Services Acts 2007 to 2017

Comes into force: 4th October 2022

Jurisdiction: Republic of Ireland 

This Order transfers the ownership of the properties listed here from water service authorities to Irish Water. This ownership goes into effect from 31st October 2022. There are no changes to duties for organisations.
