These are aimed at providing clarification of certain information requirements and increasing the legal certainty of the evaluation practices already applied by the Agency.
Annexes VII to XI of the REACH Regulation set out in detail the information that must be provided about a chemical when an application is made to register it. This amends Annexes VII to XI and revises some information that is required.
