Public Health (minumum price for alcohol ) (Wales) Act 2018

This Act introduces a minimum price for the sale and supply of alcohol in Wales.
It sets out a formula for calculating the minimum price of alcohol and rules relevant to determine the applicable minimum price in relation to alcohol supplied through special offers.
This Act makes it an offence for an alcohol retailer to supply alcohol or authorise the supply of alcohol, at a selling price below the applicable minimum price.
