The Offshore Installations (Safety Zones) (No. 2) Order 2018

From 20th December 2018, throughout England, NI, Scotland and Wales the Offshore Installations (Safety Zones) Orders establish safety zones with a radius of 500m around the subsea installation specified in the Schedules to the Orders.

Vessels are prohibited from entering or remaining in a safety zone except with the consent of the Health and Safety Executive or in accordance with regulations made under Section 23(1) of the Petroleum Act 1987.
