Annex V to Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals, is amended to include digestate in the list of substances that are exempt from the obligation to register under the following titles:

• Registration of substances;

• Downstream users; and

• Evaluation
