The period for heat suppliers to submit any updated notifications for district heat networks or communal heating, is extended until 1st September 2022 and a change of heat supplier does not affect the four-year period for submitting an updated notification.
Building classes are modified and heat suppliers must send a notification of the number of buildings in each class supplied by a district heat network or communal heating operated by them.
Updates are made to the cost-effectiveness methodology and the associated tool for estimates.
