This amendment removes Thekopsora minima (a disease of blueberry plants) from the list of Union quarantine pests under Regulation (EU) 2019/2072. It also adds an additional 21 species to the list of Union quarantine pests which will now have restrictions placed upon on them under Regulation (EU) 2019/207.
