The Companies (Directors’ Report) and Limited Liability Partnerships (Energy and Carbon Report) Regulations 2018

From the 1st April 2019, all large companies are required to include within their director’s report information on GHG emissions, energy usage, intensity matrix and energy efficiency improvements for any financial year that begins on or after this date.
These Regulations makes changes to reporting requirements for quoted companies and introduces new reporting requirements for large unquoted companies and large limited liability partnerships to annually report on emissions, energy consumption and energy efficiency action.
