Amends/Commences: GB Retained: Regulation (EU) 528/2012 concerning the making available on the market and use of biocidal products
Comes into force: 31st December 2022
Jurisdiction: Great Britain
Applicants who have made applications under Section 95 (b), (d), (e), (f), (fa), and (h) must be informed of any fees payable before 31st December 2027 via a competent authority. Competent authorities also have a requirement to consider comparative assessment results before granting authorisation. Transitional measures are added for applications made under the simplified procedure.
