The Climate Change Agreement (EU Exit) Regulations 2018

Taking effect as on 29th March 2019 and applicable in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland this amendment makes agreements within the Climate Change Agreement (CCA) Scheme which have been made before exit day to ensure that they continue to operate once the UK has left the EU.
This amendment also updates the reference on the meaning of ‘a firm in difficulty’ to the latest version of the European Commission’s guidelines EC 2014/C 249/01.
