Commission Regulation (EU) 2018/1649

As of 25th November 2018 and applicable across the EU, the Commission Regulation (EU) 2018/1649 of 5 November 2018 amending Annex I to Regulation (EC) No 1334/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards removal from the Union list of certain flavouring substances

This Amends the European Communities Regulation No. 1334/2008 Part, A of Annex, I (Community list of flavourings and source materials approved for use in and on foods) by deleting the following and sets out transitional arrangements for products contain them.

• p-Mentha-1,4(8)-dien-3-one

• 2-Aminoacetophenone

• 4-Acetyl-2,5-dimethylfuran-3(2H)-one
