References to Regulation (EC) No 1107/2009 are updated to refer to Regulation 2019/1009 laying down rules on the making available on the market of EU fertilising products, as the latest EU amendment. Regulation 2019/1009, adds to the definition of plant biostimulant and includes new transitional measures for applications for active substances, submitted before 15th July 2019.
