Amends/Commences: The Plant Health (Fees) (Forestry) (England and Scotland) Regulations 2015 (SI 2015/350)

The fees for service related to plant passports and applications for phytosanitary certificates have been increased. This increase is to aid in the cost recovery for services for export certification to third countries and for inspections related to a plant passport authority provided in England.
