This Order provides for the implementation of local heat and energy efficiency strategies and local heat and energy efficiency delivery plans. It places duties on local authorities and the Scottish Ministers only.
Local authorities must prepare and publish their local heat and energy efficiency strategy and delivery plan by 31st December 2023. These must be reviewed at intervals of no more than 5 years.
