The Energy Performance of Buildings Regulations 2020

Amends: The Energy Performance of Buildings (England and Wales) Regulations 2012 (SI 2012/3118) as amended
Comes into force: 28th December 2020

Inspection reports of the energy efficiency of air-conditioning systems in buildings (known as TM44 reports) must now take into consideration the capabilities of each air conditioning system. This change is made to help optimise the performance of the air-conditioning system. The person responsible for this is the person producing the TM44 report.
