Amends/Commences: Energy (Biofuel Obligation and Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2010 (Act 11 of 2010) and associated orders

The National Oil Reserves Agency (Renewable Transport Fuel Obligation Rate) Order 2022 lays out production requirements for motor fuel being placed on the market. The contribution of advanced biofuels and biogas in the motor fuel is now set to 0.300%.
