Amends/Commences: The Renewable Heat Incentive Scheme Regulations 2018
Comes into force: 22nd November 2022

Amendments are made to the quality criteria for woodfuel solid biomass. These changes suspend for a period of 12 months a requirement for all wood pellets to meet the ENplus A1 standard. This suspension of requirements applies from the 22nd November 2022.
