Decision (EU) 2020/480 amending Implementing Decision (EU) 2019/436 on harmonised standards for machinery drafted in support of Directive 2006/42/EC

Amends/Commences: Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC supported by 2019/436 on the harmonised standards for machinery 

Comes into force: 2nd April 2020    

Jurisdiction: EU 

This regulation adds additional standards to Annex I, which lists the standards where conformance is presumed to demonstrate conformance with Directive 2006/42/EC. Additional standards are also added to Annex III, which lists Standards that are, or will be withdrawn, and gives the dates of withdrawal.
